I’m Rachel Lesley.—a somatic yoga teacher with a passion for Yin, a slow, healing approach to yoga that balances and supports both your nervous system and your body.
We live in a world of constant overstimulation—scrolling, striving, multitasking, performing.
It tells us to do more. Push harder. Keep going.
But what most of us truly need… is less.
Less noise. Less tension. Less pressure.
My work is for the ones who:
Are always “on” and secretly burned out
Feel tight, tense, or disconnected from their body
Are healing from stress, injury, or emotional overload
Crave softness, rest, and deep restoration
Seeks a life of balance
Yin works deep into the fascia, the connective tissues that hold our physical (and emotional) tension. Through long-held shapes and mindful breath, yin helps to:
Increase flexibility + joint mobility
Rehydrate + heal fascia
Improve range of motion
Release old injuries + chronic tightness
Support long-term physical recovery + resilience
And while your body is gently unraveling…
Your mind gets to rest.
Your nervous system starts to regulate.
And you begin to hear yourself again.
