I’m Rachel, a 500-ERYT Yoga teacher and sound practitioner passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves.

My teaching blends traditional yoga, breath work, and meditation with a focus on awareness and nervous system regulation.

This isn’t about achieving the perfect pose.

It’s about understanding your body, calming your mind, and creating space to just be.
